The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388fd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, verification, or at any other point of interaction with 388fd.

• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors, latency, or undisplayed odds to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

388fd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Non-compliance with a KYC or AML document request within the stated timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any account balance remaining at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed at the player's own request and no breach has occurred, the remaining account balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any required verification.

Closure requests are processed within one business day. For self-exclusion requests specifically, the account will be suspended within one hour of the request being confirmed.

388fd also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that have been inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity closure, and any remaining balance will be returned to the last used payment method on record.
